This project is a reflexion on how to show photographs to a non-initiated public. This setup was displayed during the Festival Images Vevey open-air exhibition for three weeks. We used a special water-activated transparency ink and developed the silk-printing process. The surface is completely white when dry. The picture appears as soon as water is poured on the surface.
Stephen Gill’s Coexistence photographs are displayed on our setup. The artist also experiments with water in many ways for this series.
